Terms of Use

The Platform provides a non-custodial, user-directed technological interface that enables individuals to interact directly with autonomous smart contracts deployed on the BNB Chain. The Company provides a front-end interface, informational materials, and certain technical support functions. The Company does not operate as a broker, dealer, exchange, clearinghouse, custodian, financial institution, gambling operator, investment adviser, or counterparty to any transaction executed through the smart contracts.

All blockchain transactions are initiated solely by you through your self-hosted wallet and are executed directly on the BNB Chain. The Company does not have possession or control of private keys, does not maintain custody of digital assets, and cannot reverse, modify, cancel, delay, or otherwise interfere with blockchain transactions once submitted.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, advisory, or custodial relationship between you and the Company. You act exclusively on your own behalf and at your own direction.

The Platform relies upon decentralized blockchain infrastructure operated by independent third parties. The BNB Chain network is maintained by distributed validators and participants outside the control of the Company. The Company does not control block production, transaction sequencing, consensus mechanisms, governance decisions, network upgrades, protocol forks, validator behavior, congestion levels, gas pricing, or network security.

You acknowledge that blockchain networks may experience forks (temporary or permanent), reorganizations, network congestion, cyberattacks, denial-of-service events, consensus failures, exploits, or unexpected protocol changes. Such events may impact smart contract execution, transaction finality, pricing data, or outcome resolution.

The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, performance reliability, or security of the underlying blockchain network.

The Platform facilitates interaction with autonomous smart contracts that execute automatically according to their coded logic. Once deployed, such smart contracts may operate independently of the Company.

Certain contract outcomes may rely upon oracle-based systems that source external data. The Company does not control third-party data providers, media sources, or external information feeds used for event resolution. Data inaccuracies, reporting delays, disputes, or manipulation may affect resolution outcomes.

You acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any oracle data and shall not be liable for any discrepancies, disputes, or losses resulting therefrom.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: You are at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; you possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; you are not subject to sanctions or listed on any governmental prohibited or restricted parties list; you are not located in, incorporated in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction where access to decentralized event-based contract markets is restricted or unlawful; and you are not accessing the Platform on behalf of any sanctioned individual, entity, or governmental authority.

Restricted Jurisdictions include, without limitation, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Ontario (Canada), Singapore, Poland, Thailand, Taiwan, Belgium, Australia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, and any comprehensively sanctioned territory.

Use of VPNs, proxy services, anonymization networks, or other circumvention technologies to bypass geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

The regulatory treatment of decentralized smart contract systems, prediction-based markets, event-linked contracts, and blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure remains uncertain and subject to change. Regulatory authorities may classify such systems as derivatives platforms, gaming operations, swaps facilities, securities exchanges, or other regulated entities.

The Company does not represent or warrant that the Platform complies with laws applicable to you. You agree that you are solely responsible for assessing regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, geo-block, or terminate access to the Platform at any time in order to mitigate legal, regulatory, or compliance risk.

You acknowledge that regulatory enforcement actions, investigations, or legislative changes may affect your ability to access or use the Platform without prior notice.

Interaction with smart contracts and digital assets involves substantial and potentially unlimited financial risk. Digital assets are volatile and may fluctuate dramatically in value. Liquidity conditions may deteriorate rapidly. Smart contracts may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities, coding defects, or economic design flaws.

Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Loss of private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials will result in permanent loss of access to digital assets. The Company cannot restore access.

You further acknowledge risks associated with oracle mechanisms, including data inaccuracies, delayed reporting, contested outcomes, or manipulation of information sources. Market manipulation by other users, malicious actors, or coordinated groups may occur. By using the Platform, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all technological, financial, regulatory, and market risks, including the risk of total loss.

You agree not to engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of markets or the proper functioning of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, wash trading, self-matching, spoofing, layering, front-running, collusion, artificial liquidity generation, price manipulation, coordinated attempts to distort event outcomes, exploitation of smart contract vulnerabilities, oracle interference, dissemination of false information, automated abuse through bots, or any activity intended to manipulate incentives or reward mechanisms.

The Company reserves the right to restrict interface access, disable features, withhold incentives, or cooperate with authorities where misconduct is suspected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, contributors, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, digital assets, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of the Company exceed the greater of (i) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or (ii) the total fees directly paid by you to the Company during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You hereby irrevocably release and discharge the Company from any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or relating to blockchain malfunctions, smart contract execution, oracle outcomes, regulatory developments, third-party wallet failures, cyberattacks, network congestion, or acts of other users.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, collective proceeding, or representative lawsuit. You further waive any right to trial by jury.

Arbitration shall be conducted in a neutral jurisdiction designated by the Company in accordance with recognized arbitration rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend these Terms, restrict access, suspend functionality, geo-block jurisdictions, discontinue features, or terminate the Platform entirely without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory action, governmental intervention, blockchain network disruption, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or internet infrastructure failures.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Platform.
